Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is most well-known for her role as Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward which is a drama for teens comedy show on television. Tarlov was born and was raised within Manhattan, New York, being the younger of two daughters. Tarlov began her professional career in the tenth grade when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was well-loved by seven grade students. As she grew older she attended NYU Tisch located in Paris as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She studied a variety of styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company, in which she was a participant as well, helped her integrate writing and acting in The LAByrinth Theater's Master class. Molly transformed her black winter coat to a pair if black sunglasses when she arrived in Los Angeles. She quickly landed a three-word role on iCarly which garnered a lot of interest from parents. Since then, she has been on TV in a variety of roles. The actress also developed the character Caitlin in Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a fan of thinking she's a basketball pro even though she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
