The children were sleeping asleep in their cribs while I was strapped to an infant on my back. Ha! It was beginning to seem logical, however it wasn't quite done. My company was doing well but I wanted a rest. I decided to slow down and spend some time at home, with my kids. It was the right time. It was only after several months when the phones began to call. There were calls from people asking me to assist them in decorating their homes and interiors. A majority of them walked into my house during my furniture open houses. In the following months, I began to take on more clients, at my own speed. Then I was able to have many customers and was operating a business of home renovations. If you had told me that my venture would end up being an idea for the DIY Network show, I might have been astonished. It's hilarious to look back on it.
