Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible fianc JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where the majority of my followers are. I post about my daily life, my good and bad days. In 1990, my family relocated to America. In the age of one quarter I was able to join my parents. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become successful. Within my head, I knew what the plan was to live my life. You go to college and then graduate. Get married. Purchase a home. Create children. Though I believed that this was the standard for successful, my life was not following the strategies. The money and the status of my work was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I wasted my life for a paycheck. In 2013, I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also loved having fun and being able to assist other people. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I started to find the personal training I needed. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success in 2021. There are very few Asian women have a job in the world of fashion. As a coach, my goal is to inspire others to live a healthy and fulfilled life through creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet each individual's needs and goals. Additionally, I'm committed to empowering others so they can achieve the goals they set, pursue their interests and lead the life you've always wanted to live. When my business was taking flight, I lost my mother. It was the hardest of everything. She won her eight year battle with Scleroderma and is resting in Heaven and is with me in my mind and heart at all times. It's incredible how life gives us exactly the lessons we need even when we don't realize that it is there. My loss has impacted my life in many different ways. I truly believe that my death provided me with the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also give me a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. In my 30s, I have a sense that I am alive and living. It's not that I'm just another number. As I tell my story, I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for you. I hope to make you aware that you're never alone. That you have the ability to achieve everything you desire. My hope is that you experience life at the highest level and not have regrets when it comes to your final days. We are the only guarantee in life.
